Insulated concrete formsWith ICFs, your foundation walls have two built-in layers of foam insulation, so they are energy efficient. The forms are polystyrene foam. Poured concrete is sandwiched between a layer of thermal protection on the exterior and interior of residential, farm and commercial buildings. They create a tight wall that cuts heating demand nearly in half, and cooling by a third.
